Extending our sympathy to the family and RIP Bob....... Wanted to share this story of playing softball with Bob. I was pitching, brother Jim was catching and Bob was in centerfield at the old Acme field. Runner on third base we are up by 1 run. Batter hits a shot to Bob in centerfield and I am thinking no chance to get him out. Bob catches the ball fires a laser beam to home and nails the runner and we win. One of the greatest plays I ever saw.
